The Incisors, Band Inggris Ciptakan Lagu Berjudul “Indonesia”
Band asal London ini mungkin bukan siapa-siapa dan masih terhitung band baru. The Incisors terbentuk tahun 2007 lalu di Inggris. Band ini beranggotakan Chris Wilcox (drum/vokal/keyboards), Jake Ashword (vokal/bas/gitar/keyboard) dan Jerry Schafer (vokal/gitar/bas). Mereka bertiga sepakat mendefinisikan band ini dengan 25% Blur, 25% Beatles dan 50% band yang belom pernah didengar sebelomnya.
Nah di sini yang menarik! dari 15 lagu yang mereka punya ada satu lagu berjudul Indonesia ! Yap. Di lagu yang lumayan cathcy ini Jerry cs. bercerita tentang Indonesia. Mereka memasukan lirik yang kental nuansa Indonesianya. Di bagian reff dengan cueknya mereka memakai kata nasi goreng. Lantas mereka juga menyebut “That i could get a cheap massage in Indonesia”. Dan yang nggak kalah nyeleneh adalah lirik, “I can see a family of seven on a moped” .
